Set in Hoxton with its quirky vibe and exciting nightlife, restaurants and cafes, alongside cutting-edge galleries and street art, this stylish yet playful hotel has been touted as the hottest new design hotel in London.

Opened in 2024, SK Chase was delighted to be selected as their gift voucher partner and we’re excited to see how their gift sales develop and grow.

Let’s look at their onboarding journey and what you can expect if you work with us!

Onboarding made easy

 

At SK Chase, we try to make selling gift vouchers as seamless as possible for our clients, ensuring an efficient and swift set up.

First things first, who will be onboarding you? It is likely that you will have attended one of our sales presentations and met us via Zoom. The sales team consists of Eleanor (Ellie) and Layla – pictured here. They will liaise with you throughout the process and are always on hand to answer any of your queries.

Once you have returned your contract, they will talk you through the onboarding process from start to going ‘live’.

We’ve had some clients set up in a day, but in general it takes around two weeks for us to build your gift shop once we’ve received everything we need.

Your gift shop is ready to review and add your gift vouchers.

Gift shop URL & onboarding portal

So you’ve returned a contract and are joining SK Chase – fantastic news!

The first step we cover with our clients is confirming what URL they would like. This is normally on the SK Chase domain, like art’otel, however we do have the option for custom domains too, you can let us know if you want to know more information on this during the process.

The next stage is the important bits. We send you a link to our ‘onboarding portal’ where you can upload all of your information that we require to build the site. That includes your logos, branding, imagery, bank details etc. – all the necessities so our colleagues can get to work building your brand new gift site!

Add your most giftable experiences

Then comes the exciting part, seeing the first draft of your gift site!

Once our colleagues have finished building your site with all the information that you provided, we give you a sneak peek! You can let us know if you wish for any branding changes or tweaks.

At this stage we will also provide you with your own login to our Gift App (a gift admin area) where you can begin adding your first gift experiences in preparation for selling gifts.

Our Onboarding portal is also filled with best practice tips and guidelines for creating vouchers – such as name, description, price, images, validity and T&Cs, along with examples that we hope will inspire you. We also have more information of gift stationery to make this process as hassle free as possible.

Training time

Next up, getting your in-house team organised. Shortly after we have sent you the site to review, we will also send you information on training for your team members.

We have pre-recorded role specific training webinars, mini video & PDF guides and internal docs – you name it! These have all been created to help front of house, marketing and finance teams learn how to use the system and get the most out of your gift voucher website and software.

Once this is done, you are officially ready to go live! All that remains is for you to start selling is to place a clear and visible gift link on your home website and watch the sales roll in!
