If you want to submit details for multiple gift shops, but each have different campaign setups, please submit a form for each gift shop.

Filters allow you to regroup a selection of vouchers and create 'filtered views' on your gift shop that you can share as a landing page with your buyers.

Black Friday Tip: We highly recommend adding all special offer vouchers into a 'Black Friday' filter so you can regroup all your the discounted vouchers under that same filter. 

Christmas Tip: Have all your Christmas best selling gifts under one filter. 

Top Tip: In your emails or social media posts, use the URL of the filtered voucher results to direct your buyers to that specific selection of gifts which will help your e-commerce conversion. Learn how to create a filtered view URL. 

On your gift shop home page, your gifts are sorted by price by default. You can change this order by bringing some vouchers to the top of the home page. We always recommend adding your offer vouchers to the top of your gift voucher listing.

Carousels are the sliding images or video clips at the top of your gift shop. 

Top Tip: Add a link to the special gift or filter to make it easy for buyers to find them.

Black Friday Tip: Why don’t you schedule for your other carousels to deactivate when your Black Friday carousel activates? This way your Black Friday carousel will not be missed! Let us know if you would like to do this. 

Countdown Feature: You can add a timer to the carousel to promote your offer before it is available to encourage buyers to come back when the offer starts. Or, create some urgency by showing when the offer ends. In the comment section, ask for this feature to be activated.

Image size: minimum 1400 x 1245 px (the bigger the better so we can move it around for best fit.)

Do not include any wording on the image, use the headings and call to action fields for this. This will ensure the text is optimised on all devices. 

VIDEO GUIDELINE
Instead of a static image, the carousel can be a short video clip.
We will edit the video for you to a duration of 10/15 sec and 5Mb or under.
