Our service doesn’t end when we’ve set up clients with their gift voucher system – it’s really just the beginning.

We run webinars, share sales & marketing and best practice tips, videos and infographics, all helping clients develop their sales and venues with gift sales of more than certain amount benefit from an Account Manager.

We have a range of tools to help teams make the most of their voucher system, such as a ‘Help & Support’ feature available 24/7, in addition to ‘How to’ step by step guides & flows that walk hotel staff through some of the most commonly used features / actions.

And our friendly support team are only ever a call or an email away; based in Edinburgh (UK) our team are more than happy to share their specialist knowledge.

We also carry out twice daily high risk screening (Mon-Fri) on voucher transactions taken through our payment gateway. Any orders which are flagged as being suspicious are followed up by a member of our team.
