LOCATION: Office based Edinburgh West End; due to COVID-19 restrictions, working from home until non essential offices can reopen
HOURS: Full time – Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
REPORTING TO: Finance Head and Risk & Compliance Head

CONTRACT:  Permanent – subject to completion of 3 month probationary period

START DATE: With immediate effect

We are currently looking to recruit a Finance and Risk & Compliance Administrator. The primary focus of the role will be to provide finance administrative support as well as supporting in our Risk & Compliance function which includes carrying out twice daily fraud checks on the gift voucher orders that are placed through our system.

Comfortable using many different software applications, you will pick up new systems quickly and easily.

It’s essential that you will have experience in a previous finance role and a natural interest in numbers / finance and show attention to detail.  You will be liaising with clients in both finance and risk & compliance so a great telephone manner and the ability to listen and fully understand our clients’ requirements is essential.

You will enjoy having a diverse range of tasks and working in a small friendly and efficient team, the majority of whom work remotely.

We will provide comprehensive training so that you have in-depth product knowledge of our gift voucher software and the other systems we use so that you are able to support our customers and fellow team members with their questions and issues relating to the system.

  • Daily Fraud Checks
  • Update of Daily Sales Tracker
  • Cash flow Updates
  • Supplier invoices
  • Customer invoicing
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Accounts filing
  • Customer risk profiling
  • Assisting with tasks such as PCI Compliance and GDPR queries.
  • Responding to customer & supplier financial queries

Systems used:

  • Sage50 Accounts (experience desirable)
  • Bespoke Content Management Systems
  • Salesforce (CRM System)
  • Opayo and other payment gateways
  • Gmail and G Suite (google docs, google sheets)
  • Microsoft Word & Excel

Salary: £22,000 per annum
