There is a ‘Help & Support’ feature (top right of the screen when logged onto your gift voucher system) where you’ll find whatever you need to know with ease, whether you are new to gift vouchers / looking for a reminder of how to complete a certain task or an answer to a FAQ.
‘HOW TO GUIDE’ FLOW
There are relevant help ‘flows’ for the area that you’re in. These are step by step guides that we have created to walk hotel staff through some of the most commonly used features of your gift voucher site & gift manager area and they can only be seen when a staff member is logged in (so are there to help hotel staff – not the general public).
For example, if you click onto ‘Gift Admin’, you’ll find various ‘How to’ guides connected to the admin area, such as ‘How to search for a gift voucher’; if you’re on your gift site front end, you’ll see relevant help flows, such as ‘How to purchase a gift voucher for one of your guests’ here.
