Partner API
An API is basically a way for different systems to talk to each other and share information. Our Partner API enables integration of other systems in your venue with our gift voucher platform. This allows the automation of voucher management and booking processes.
Currently the API enables venues to retrieve voucher details by reference number and manage bookings associated with vouchers. These allows guests to enter and apply a gift voucher code online, such as when booking an overnight stay or a class at your venue.

File based integration
We’re able to set up the automation of report delivery (sales and/or redemption reports) as a csv on recurring schedule of your choice to you or your CRM partner’s SFTP server. The file is sent securely and may be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

API in action – Booking engine
Here’s an example of an API in action when a guest with a gift voucher books an overnight stay through a hotel’s booking engine.
During the booking process, the guest enters their voucher code, which is then automatically applied to their booking.
