Elite Hotels is a prestigious collection of three luxury hotels in the south of England, renowned for their historic charm, elegance, and exceptional service.
Each property hosts a diverse array of events throughout the year, from murder mystery dinners and operatic performances to garden tours and craft workshops, offering guests rich and engaging experiences.
However, managing and selling tickets for events was not without its challenges.
To help overcome these, Elite Hotels sought a more effective solution—one that would enhance event promotion, simplify ticket sales, improve internal efficiency, and unlock their event selling potential. And that’s where we came in.
