We’ve been working on a new and improved ‘Help‘ section for our clients, which will help them find out whatever they need to know about gift vouchers quickly, helping them complete any task with ease, making using our gift voucher website and management system easy.
The ‘Help’ section is available once users are logged onto their gift voucher website 24/7, so help is on hand even out with our service opening hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm).
Clients can find the ‘Help’ section once they are logged in; the ‘Help’ link will then appear at the top right of their gift voucher website, as outlined in the images below.
Clients will then be able to navigate through our ‘Help’ section and find the answers to any questions they may have relating to their gift voucher website and management system.
It is split into sections according to where a user works, to make what they are looking for easier to find, for example, Front of House, Marketing, Finance and General Information. It is also a great training tool should clients need to train new staff internally* or for refresher training.
