In June 2015 we asked our clients to spare a few moments of their time to complete a survey that we created all about their gift voucher business.

The results are invaluable; it helps us understand what our clients really value, turn this insight into action and ultimately improves our service to all.

Following the survey, we’ve made some changes to the ‘Sales & Marketing tips’ emails to reflect what clients really want and we have introduced two new tools that help our luxury hotel and resort clients when it comes to gift voucher training!
