Improving Customer Service
We are very excited to be improving our customer service by entering into a new partnership with a team who specialise in providing customer services to luxury brands. They will provide telephone and email support to our clients from 29th September.
The partner we will be working together with is Chase Response, based in Croydon, who already provide unrivalled customer management services to an impressive portfolio of luxury clients.
Working closely with an expert partner will free up more time for the core SK Chase team to focus on the things we do best – providing training, improving the functionality of our gift voucher application and identifying ways to increase your voucher sales.
Our service delivery manager Ben and our new training manager, Linda, were visiting Chase Response this week to provide training. Linda is looking forward to learning more about how we can best work together to further enhance the service we offer our clients.
Together
Kaye went to her first Grand Prix (in Monza) last week. Apart from the huge adrenalin buzz, what struck her was the drivers’ belief in themselves and their absolute commitment to being the best they can be. With it being a team sport she saw another great example of inter-dependence, togetherness and trust, which is what we as a team have committed to.
SK Chase is committed to the Together Project and whilst we have spent time looking at the cultural elements of being inter-dependent, we are yet to look at the more tangible and commercial activities that relate to our vision of being together. This is where the functionality framework comes in and we have scheduled in two full day coaching workshops to get to the next level of functionality.
Open Day
Steph visited Sage Pay on 13th September, for a ‘Customer Panel Open Day’. The agenda included updates on technology and products and managing fraud. We’re continuing to get more depth in this important partnership.
AA Hospitality Awards
The SK Chase team are all meeting up in London to attend the AA Hospitality Awards together. They are being held in the London Hiltion on Park Lane, London on 24th September. We are all looking forward to getting dressed up in black tie outfits and partying the night away!
And congratulations is in order…
We would like to say a big well done to our office manager Catharine who completed the ‘Coast to Coast’ event where she raced 107 miles from the East Coast (Nairn) to the West Coast (Ballachulish) of Scotland over two days; running, cycling and kayaking. She did amazingly well coming in 17th place overall and was the 3rd female to finish.
And our congratulations go to our finance manager Kate and her new husband Kevin who got married on Saturday 8th September after being together for 8 years. It was lovely for Kate to have invited the team who all agreed she made a stunning bride and the wedding was amazing.
