Watch the ‘Introduction to gift vouchers’ webinar if your venue has recently started working with SK Chase or if you’re new to the venue you’re working in. If you oversee gift vouchers (i.e. you are the main voucher contact) and/or have a Marketing or Finance related role, please also watch / register those relevant webinar sessions too.

Watch the introduction to gift vouchers where we’ll outline our service and support to your venue. We’ll also look at selling, booking and redeeming gifts and how to answer frequent customer queries.

 

Marketing: Getting started

45 minutes

We’ll look at how to create and edit gift vouchers , including complimentary vouchers. We’ll also highlight what you can do to optimise your sales and cover monitoring and measuring sales via reporting.

Finance

30 minutes

We’ll look at gift voucher status and the payment and redemption processes for your venue. We’ll also look at finance reports, fraud checks and best practices and tips for your own internal processes.

We’ve  created a customer service webinar to help you and your team prepare for the festive season and to optimise sales, which is outlined below.

Ideal for all guest facing staff, such as those that work in front of house reception areas.

Perfect for those who have already attended the Marketing intro session or that are familar with creating vouchers. We’ll look at how you can edit your gift shop to reflect key gifting events, dates and seasons, to help optimise sales. We’ll also look at the different options available to set up a gift voucher campaign/offer.
