SK Chase works within the hospitality sector, where we work together with over 300 luxury hotels, providing the software and service that enables them to successfully sell their gift ‘experiences’ online.
In line with government guidelines to prevent the spread of coronavirus and save lives, our hotel clients have closed until it is deemed safe for them to open again.
Although hotels may be closed, we are encouraging our clients to continue to market their gift experiences (thus boosting incremental revenue) offering their customers helpful and hopeful solutions, adapting their gift voucher offering, message and gift voucher validity as needed.
Whilst we know that gift vouchers aren’t a necessity, gifting connect individuals, in a meaningful way. When people buy a gift, they are expressing love, thought and gratitude and as a society, we will continue to seek out things that bring joy. There are still birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations, thank yous, and people looking for ideas to lift the spirits (particularly of those in isolation) – and people will continue to give generously and buy gifts during this time, for these reasons and more.
As an online business we are continuing to operate in the most normal way we can; SK Chase is set up to work remotely, with many of our team having worked from home for a number of years.
We’re here and will continue to welcome new clients and offer help and support to hotels (and their gift voucher buyers), as they navigate this unique situation.
